SERVICES

Since our founding, Abbotsford Park has had the opportunity to help countless students acquire foundational skills, develop new techniques and confidently move forward in their learning journey. Additional to our full programs, Abbotsford Park also offers private lessons, group lessons, groundwork/confidence lessons, equine communication and much more. All of our lessons are run with a 'ground-up' approach and cater to the needs of the student.

Private and Group Lessons
(riding or groundwork)

We offer both group and private lessons to cater to different learning preferences. Our lessons begin with a ground up approach before heading into the grass arena . If riding isn't your thing, we offer groundwork sessions as well. Our lessons focus on connection and softness.

Private or Group Lesson: $85 p/h or $120 p/1.5hr.

Youth and Homeschool Groups

We are able to cater for larger groups for youth, homeschoolers or even corporate team building groups. These sessions are fully customisable as we attempt to cater for your every need. Participants are welcome to pet and groom all of our farm animals but Equine Sessions will incorporate groundwork and natural horsemanship skills to focus on team building,

body language and communication.

Sessions will be available soon. A deeper understanding to your horses needs, wants and desires. A fantastic tool to help overcome any obstacles or to just strengthen your connection to your horse.

Holiday Camps

Join our riding camps during school holidays and immerse yourself in the world of horses. Our camps are designed to provide a fun and educational experience, where you can learn about horse care, riding techniques, and participate in various equestrian activities.

Holiday Day Camps: $170 p/day

Specialty Clinics

We often run specialty clinics throughout the year. These sometimes include inviting other instructors or industry professionals to come and share their knowledge in their chosen field. To date we have ran 2x Hoof and Biomechanics Clinics, Equine First-Aid Clinic, Boot and Bandaging Mini Clinic and 2x Wendy Bruszewski Lesson Days.

Prices vary, depending on the clinic.

Farm Days

Everyone knows what amazing therapist animals are, and sometimes it's just nice to feel loved by an animals. We have many animals on our farm here available in addition to our lovely horses. These include cows, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, Lionel the Goat and Snorky the Pig.

NDIS Clients

Sessions are dependent on the needs of the client and follow our "go at your own pace" approach that all of our lessons embody. These sessions are usually run as groundwork only but riding options may be discussed. We are NDIS approved for self or plan managed clients only (you must provide service number).

Pricing depends on time and options can be discussed prior to booking.
